I manage several properties in Teton County, some of which are “problem children” when it comes to heating issues. I call Sprinter quite regularly. These techs are hard workers and they do their best to take care of any problem you present them with. They’re very busy, but they’ve never been late or missed a scheduled service and/or emergency. We’d be in big trouble without Sprinter Heating and their techs!

We have had a Sprinter in floor heating system in a spec home we purchased in 2005. Every time we’ve needed service or repair, everyone at Sprinter was there to help out, from the office staff to the men who came to the house. This summer the hot water tank sprung a leak. We got prompt service on a Friday evening from Skyler. He was dedicated to getting the problem solved in a professional and friendly manner. He devoted a Saturday to make sure the job was done right and in good time. There were a few glitches out of his control and he kept a good attitude as he worked through the issues. While this was going on, we discovered a water leak that affected two rooms and the wall in between. Skyler, and then Justin, came to help determine the cause. Even though the eventual findings didn’t involve the heating system, both Skyler and Justin came until we got things resolved. Justin’s knowledge and longtime experience with our system gave us good information and peace of mind. This, combined with Skyler’s determination to check all possible causes of leaking, lead to a final resolution. It was Skyler who suggested we check the roof, the ultimate cause of our water problem. In times where companies are struggling to find competent and personable employees, we appreciate everything the Sprinter team did to help us. Jenn was great to work with on the phone and with billing. Andrew just came to add a piece to the system in a very timely manner. He was great to have in the house too. Kudos and many thanks to the best team I could have worked with.

We had our furnace go out in the middle of winter. They were there same day and got us a new one up and going the next day. The explained what went wrong and why, and set us up on a maintenance plan for the future.

Cam Eddy , real customer ( don’t know why I’m coming up on D Saurman ‘s feed ) Sprinter rocks ! Justin and his team cut out and fully installed a new propane boiler Christmas week this year, in one day ! – I can’t say enough from protecting the carpets to removing all the waste – if quality on schedule is what you strive for , Sprinter delivers – thanks to all of you there – I love my hot water !
