I called them to install a gas fireplace insert. This didn’t happen. I was charged $150/hour for 6.75 hours of opening the fireplace insert boxes and putting them in the fireplace. I could have done this myself and saved $1000. Then I was supposed to call them BACK and have them come back AGAIN to have the fireplace hooked up…which was what I wanted done the first time. Not an unboxing. I actually had to vacuum up all the sand and fiberglass I didn’t want installed for $150/hour.

Agustin was prompt when arriving and was very courteous and respectful. Working diligent and getting job done efficiently and making sure he didn’t miss anything. He wore booties over his shoes when entering my home and verified the finished work with me. I appreciated the prompt and courteous service.

Nate gets my vote for most awesome Superman fireplace wizard!! After other pros who had looked at it said, “Replace it.” Nate actually took the time to go to a wholesaler in IF to find the part that would make our gas furnace work! That saved us thousands of dollars. – – How awesome is that? – – And he’s checking into what he can do, if anything, with our baseboard heaters, and will get back to me when he can. Works for me! He’s one very valuable asset, in my humble opinion. Have referred you guys to one party already – that’s a homeowner, not a music and dancing and drinking kinda party! Will def keep referring. Sprinter heating was fabulous to work with. They were friendly and professional and showed up when they said they would! Their technician who installed our electric boiler was very qualified and efficient and did a great job. We highly recommend them!
