Our services include: replacement filters, cleaning the burners, cleaning the blower wheel, checking the amperage on the blower motor and the inducer motor, cleaning the flame sensor, cleaning the control board, checking the wiring and the limit and safety switches, We will also shut off the A/C unit and use a protective covering to keep it safe until the following year.
Boiler
Your boiler can be serviced at any time of year. Our services include cleaning the burners, sensors, igniters, and condensate, along with the pH levels in the system, as well as checking for the proper operation of both units.
Air Conditioning
The best time of year to get your A/C checked is in the spring, before it starts to get warm. Our services include: replacement filters, cleaning the outdoor condensers, checking refrigerant levels, checking amps on the compressor and fan, cleaning the indoor coil, and full system operation testing.
Ducts
Your air ducts can be cleaned any time of year. We provide a deep cleaning of your ductwork with a combination of heavy scrubbing and vacuuming to remove all contaminants. We then lay down a fogging spray that reduces the transfer of viruses, bacteria, mold, and other contaminants through your air system. This spray should be applied every 2 months for the most effective results.
Humidifier
To clean your humidifier, we remove and clean the pan and the element, check the amperage, and run a full operations test on the system. This service can be provided at any time of the year.
Tankless Water Heater
To clean your tankless water heater, we clean the flame sensor, igniter, and blow clean burners, flush the heat exchange changer, and check for any leaks. This service can be done at any time of the year.
Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV)
We will clean out your system’s inside cabinet and replace the filter. This service can be done at any time of the year.
